Restaurants We Like

These are some restaurants in the area that we like, in no particular order.

• Vinny's on Main Street in Frisco - fine dining, $20-$30 plates, small plates in bar. Make reservations.
• Boat Yard on Main Street in Frisco - Very good food, can get busy/noisy. I think reservations are available for large groups only. It can get busy, but we can usually get a table.
• Sunshine Cafe - Terrific breakfast and lunch spot in Silverthorne.
• Mountain Lyon Cafe - Breakfast and lunch with live music
• Mint Steakhouse - A bit dive-y in appearance, but delicious grill-your-own steaks and salad bar in Silverthorne.
• Bistro North - Upscale, wonderful service, very creative chef. And makes a perfect martini. Opened October 2021.
• Argentos Empanadas - Argentinian based empanadas and desserts!
• Whole Foods - Salad bar and other warm meals. We like the friday $1 oysters. They will shuck for you or if you are skilled, you can use the oyster shucker in the condo.
• Cielo Oaxaca - This Mexican restaurant is a gem and what some would call a hole in the wall mom and pop type restaurant confusingly next to a car wash. The food was delicious and authentic. From burritos to mole and mexican coffee and cocoa, it was truly a great discovery!
