From Airport

From the airport terminal, get on I-70 W toward Denver/Golden/Vail.

Continue on I-70 W through Denver and the mountains.

Take exit 203 for CO-91 S toward Leadville/Frisco/Dillon.

Follow CO-91 S for a short distance and then merge onto US-6 W / US-40 W toward Dillon/Silverthorne.

Stay on US-6/US-40 through Dillon and toward Silverthorne.

As you approach Silverthorne, watch for Ryan Gulch Road (CR 1260): turn right onto Ryan Gulch Road.

Follow Ryan Gulch Road up to 9800 Ryan Gulch Rd — look for your destination on the right / left depending on side.

Arrive at 9800 Ryan Gulch Road, Silverthorne, CO 80498.

- Take out trash to dumpster

- Ensure any fires in fireplace have been extinguished for at least 8 hrs.
- Take all belongs – We will charge you for shipping anything you leave behind back
- Checkout inventory for any broken or missing post stay
- Check out by 10 AM
- Lock front door by Pushing the button and then turning to lock.

How to use the sofa bed and mattress
How to use sofa bed
How to set up sofa bed and inflate air mattress.
1. Remove the Cushions but pulling up and out
2. Pull from center handle UP and PULL OUT until underneath support bar is on floor.
3. Look for bar and pull up and out(the bar will will be support for under bed” , to unfold rest of bed.
4. On Upper right side flip flap to expose pump input.
5. Plug in Pump Electric cord into outlet/powerstrip.
6. Pull down mattress input cover to expose mattress intake.
7. Take pump and place down on inlet and twist in clockwise direction until you hear pump motor start.
8. Fill mattress with air so that it is full but slightly under inflated for best comfort.
9. Put on mattress protector and fitted queen sheet and cover linens.
10. The sofa bed air mattress is for temporary occasional use and not intended for long term use.
11. To deflate open inlet and push air out gently.
12. Return bed back bu repeating steps in reverse direction and replace cushions
