Clubhouses

IMPORTANT: AS of Sept 2024 - Except as listed below, all Clubhouses, pools and hot tubs are under renovation and not accessible.

Exercise and Game Room

  • Building CC/DD exercise and game room (ping pong) is open – one of the 5 highest gyms in the country. 1) We will provide the entrance code for you.
    • Ping pong: Paddles and balls not provided by HOA.
    • Exercise equipment: Use at own risk. Bring your own towels and disinfecting wipes for the equipment.
    • Kid rules: No unaccompanied children 12 and under.

Completion Schedule

Pools and Hot Tubs

  • AA/BB pool and hot tub completion target is end of November, 2025
  • CC/DD pool and Hot tub completion target is January 2026.
  • Building G Hot tub completion target is end of August, 2025

Sauna

  • AA/BB Sauna completion target is the end of November 2025.

Laundry

Laundry facilities are on the parking lot level between our building and the next one over. However, we redcommend the coin-op laundry (credit cards accepted) at the bottom of the hill in the strip mall near Sunshine Cafe.
