The living space includes a top-grain leather sleeper-sofa with an air mattress for additional flexibility in sleeping arrangements.

• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests.

• Living Space: Enjoy the luxury and warmth of a wood-burning fireplace in the open living area with panoramic mountain views, complete with engineered wood flooring and tile, top-grain leather sleeper sofa, and two seat reclining loveseat. The unit is perfect for both relaxation and entertaining.

• Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen features unique rough-cut granite countertops, a full-size stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker—ideal for preparing delicious meals after a day of skiing or hiking. • Sunscreen. At 9,000 feet altitude, the atmosphere is thin and the sunshine has a high concentration of UV light. On snowy days, this is multiplied by the reflective snow. Protect yourself!
• Layers. The mountains experience large temperature changes between day and night.
• Net-to-TV. Bring your Google Chromecast or Amazon Firestick (or similar) device. You can plug into the HDMI ports in any of the TVs. Just make sure you're connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Smart TV in Living room and both bedrooms.

2024-2025 season -ALL POOLS and HOT TUBS will be closed for renovations.

• Please remove your shoes when you enter the condo.(Mud trays are provided) People may be staying downstairs, and it keeps the condo clean and reduces the noise for the people below us.
• Keep the TV/music volume at a reasonable level
• Keep the thermostat at a comfortable setting (see notes on the thermostat)
