IMPORTANT: AS of Sept 2024 - All Clubhouses, pools and hot tubs are under renovation and not accessible.

May 2025 projected date of renovation to complete.

There are three clubhouses near the condo which you have full access to as guests. Each clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, sauna, games, etc.

There is an access code to get in; the access code changes periodically; we'll try to keep up-to-date information on a separate card on the table behind the couch.

Laundry facilities are on the parking lot level between our building and the next one over. However, we redcommend the coin-op laundry (credit cards accepted) at the bottom of the hill in the strip mall near Sunshine Cafe.
